Lee Byeong-chan is one of the overarching antagonists of the Korean Netflix series All of Us Are Dead.
He was portrayed by Kim Byung-chul.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- While he may not have intended for the virus outbreak to occur, he showed no remorse initially when it was happening and even felt enjoyment for it albeit understandably.
- He kidnaps and unethical experiments on people too. Although for justified reasons, he still commits crimes in doing so and is sadistic.
- He does nothing to stop Yoon Gwi-nam from bullying Eun-ji while in class even when teaching a lesson.
- He also caused Jin Seon-moo to kill all of those people so all of the former's crimes are Byeong-chan's fault.
- Nevertheless, him being the creator of the virus in the series, putting in his son against his will and indirectly causing everything in the series to happen while having no regret at first makes Byeong-chan heinous enough.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He's tragic, because he was trying to protect his son and the school never did anything to stop the bullying.
- He's genuinely affable to others.
- He loves his family and was mainly motivated by protecting them.
- He can be considered on & off since tried to stop the virus from spreading.
- He later redeems himself at the via his sacrifice to save Jae-ik.
