Smallfry is the deuteragonist of Splatoon 3. It is the Salmonid companion of the New Agent 3 who helps them out in their journey by eating any Fuzzy Ooze in their way after being powered up by Power Eggs, and can also be thrown at enemies or various stage mechanics to help out the player.

What Makes It Admirable?[]
- It helps New Agent 3 traverse through the Crater and Alterna by clearing any Fuzzy Ooze in their way by eating it after being powered with Power Eggs.
- It plays a crucial role in helping New Agent 3 defeat DJ Octavio after he ambushes them and Craig Cuttlefish.
- It can help New Agent 3 throughout the various levels in the game, such as by defeating the Fuzzy Octarians.
- It can help defeat Deep Cut when they ambush the New Agent 3.
- Its most admirable act is in the final boss where it helps in defeating Mr. Grizz and stopping him from covering the planet in Fuzzy ooze, which would effectively wipe out all marine life on it to make way for the mammals. it helps out by first eating the fuzzy ooze on the rocket Grizz took off on and then swallowing the ooze-covered tumors on Grizz. Then, after hearing the Calamari Inkantation 3Mix, it transforms into Hugefry by the magical aura the Inkantation has and fights with Grizz to distract him as New Agent 3 and DJ Octavio fly around and use the Ink Vac on the latter's mech to suck up the fuzzy ooze-covered balls on Grizz's body and then use the ooze to fire back at him and defeat him, meaning Smallfry played a vital role in saving the world from Grizz.
