Only mention of an Op.136 in Otto Kronseder's biography of Lachner is for Zwei Lieder für Baß-Solo und Männerchor mit Klavierbegleitung published by Schott in 1866. This publication doesn't appear as such in the Hofmeister publications but both appear published individually as Op.136 No.1 (Zigeunerlied) and Op.136 No.2 possibly because No.1 was for bass solo, male chorus, and piano while No.2 was for male chorus a capella.
