Sergei Pavlovich Diaghilev (/diˈæɡɪlɛf/; bahasa Rusia: Серге́й Па́влович Дя́гилев; IPA: [sʲɪˈrɡʲej ˈpavɫovʲɪtɕ ˈdʲæɡʲɪlʲɪf]; 31 Maret 1872 – 19 Agustus 1929), biasanya disebut di luar Rusia sebagai Serge Diaghilev, adalah seorang kritikus seni, Patronasi, guru balet impresario dan pendiri Ballets Russes, dari mana banyak penari terkenal dan koreografer akan muncul.
Tahun-tahun aktif karir Diaghilev dapat dibagi dalam dua periode: satu di St Petersburg (1898-1906) dan yang lainnya di emigrasi (1906-1929).[1]
