Undang-Undang Eksklusi Tionghoa (bahasa Inggris: Chinese Exclusion Act) adalah sebuah hukum federal Amerika Serikat yang ditandatangani oleh Presiden Chester A. Arthur pada 6 Mei 1882, yang melarang seluruh imigrasi buruh Tionghoa, UU tersebut menyusul Traktat Angell 1880, sebuah set revisi Traktat Burlingame AS-Tiongkok tahun 1868 yang membolehkan AS untuk menunda imigrasi Tionghoa. UU tersebut aslinya ditujukan berlaku selama 10 tahun, tetapi diperbarui pada 1892 dengan Geary Act dan menjadi permanen pada 1902. UU Eksklusi Tionghoa adalah hukum pertama yang dikeluarkan untuk menghalangi sebuah kelompok etnis tertentu dari imigrasi ke Amerika Serikat. UU tersebut ditarik oleh Magnuson Act pada 17 Desember 1943.
