Eyes.[]

Hi everyone, Kurapika's friend eyes are blue, i'm not sure, but Kurapika told Senritsu during their conversation that all the kuruta clan member have a blue eyes, the red eyes appeared on emotonal things and the black contacts used to hide it when they got angered. Sorry for english mistakes. THANKS Small brother 08:34, December 12, 2011 (UTC)

Kurapika said the Kurta people's eyes are normally brown but turned scarlet when they got angry, so we can't say anything about the color of his friend's eyes. A wiki article should be as neutral as possible and without speculations. therefore I'm going to delete the "Eye color" line.
EDIT: I deleted hair color as well since Kurta people are not Asians, and the manga only has a limited range of colors used for hair, namely: black, white, grey.
I changed Kuruta into Kurta because this is the official English translation.

But in the manga his hair is black, also in the anime, before the picture turned white. You can see here between 07:14 - 07:18, hoped it's helped [1]. THANKS Small brother 13:41, December 12, 2011 (UTC)

Hello again, here about the eyes between 05:48 to 05:56 [2]. THANKS Small brother 17:48, December 12, 2011 (UTC)

In the manga, chapter 87, he says that Kurta people's eyes are *normally* brown (i.e. the majority of them have brown eyes, but there are exceptions with eyes of different colors), so we can't say *for sure* what color his friend's eyes are.
Even if we are talking about the anime, he only says their eyes are *usually* blue, so no definite conclusion about the color of his friend's eyes can be drawn from it. That's why I don't think eye color should be included in this article.

Konecho (talk) 19:33, July 27, 2014 (UTC)  It seems a bit odd that there is the picture that states showing Pairo's scarlet eyes, when they are actually Kurapika's eyes.  (It is a picture from the first movie, Phantom Rouge, when the Pairo doll has Kurapika's eyes.)

Debut.

It says he debued in chapter 117, volume 13....His first appearance is in chapter 340.5 special, volume 32.

Is this character canon?[]

The character Pairo originates in Phantom Rouge, a non-canon movie. However, something resembling him seems to have been seen in the manga. Is Pairo canon despite his source movie not being so?Tokoyami no Nietzsche (talk) 20:56, 18 October 2022 (UTC)

Pairo is canon, as he appeared as a brief flashback by Kurapika when he negotiates a hostage exchange with Pakunoda inside the airship occurring in Chapter 117 and also in Kurapika's Memories: Part One + Part Two. As a side note, the two special chapters are canon as well.
