Grab Grass is a plant that first appeared in the episode "Teamwork is Magic"
Description[]
Long thin blades of grass, growing in patches. It is covered in a very sticky substance that is hard to pull away from. The grass seems to be capable of moving and sensing movement as it switched from holding Sparkle to the rocks and spines tossed by Cutter and Burple.

Season 4[]
While flying the rescue riders see a rainbow and Cutter discovers it ends in Thornbane Valley. On closer inspection the team discover a young Relentless Rainbowhorn trapped in Grab Grass after landing to get something to eat. The Rainbowhorn, Sparkle expresses relief that her signal was seen. Dak assures her they will get her out and askes Leyla how they'll do it. Leyla tells Cutter and Burple to throw rocks and spines so the grass will stick to it. Which they do. Leyla then has Summer wet Sparkle down so she'll be more slippery. Finally Leyla has Aggro use her heat to weaken the grass, right before Winger and Dak pull Sparkle free.
