Synopsis

A development in the case of Vicky's spiking leads to chaos and revelations amongst the parents. Meanwhile, Sally's meeting with governor Mr. Reid goes disastrously. Leela looks for a roommate and Joel is interested.

Plot

Sam arrives at 17 Basswood Road to bring Charlie to the station for questioning. Zoe arrives at Weirside View for Leah. Sally stresses over the meeting with the governor. Sam and Zoe tell the Osbornes and Nightingales that they need to question the pair over Vicky's spiking. James goes with Leah and Darren goes with Charlie. Sally worries that the outcome won't be good. Hunter decides to walk her to the school and grab a job application. Leah takes James's advice and answers "no comment" to all of Zoe's questions. During Sam's questioning, Charlie becomes overwhelmed and flees the room.

Zoe tries to get an answer from Leah but James takes her and leave. Outside, James and Darren argue and ban Charlie and Leah from speaking to each other. Shing Lin is left smitten by Hunter. Honour holds a PTA meeting to discuss what happened to Vicky. The group descends into an argument. Scott erupts and reveals he called the police as Vicky was the one who got hurt. Leela posts an advertisement for a new roommate. Scott tells the group what he heard, resulting in Darren repeating what Charlie said.

Sally tries to comfort an upset Charlie and Leah. Mr. Reid overhears and is unimpressed by how close she is with her students. He says that the school has a terrible OFSTED rating. Nancy visits Scott to apologise. He thinks that he's failed Vicky, but agrees to tell the police that he made a mistake. Mr. Reid is further unimpressed when Sally mentions giving the students another free period. He lists the school's issues in the past year and accuses her of neglecting her administrative issues. Sally is furious when Mr. Reid talks of discipline and exam results and throws his paper in his face. Joel is interested in Leela's advertisement. Sally informs Nancy that she has been fired with immediate effect.
