Hollyoaks Later (Season 5) Episode 2 is a special episode of Hollyoaks which aired on Tuesday 18th September 2012.

Synopsis

Theresa finds herself in terrible danger at the hands of Mick. Bart cheats on Sinead. Mitzeee and Lauren end up in Hollyoaks.

Plot

Brendan and Joel try to find Mick. Mick arrives at the fairground. Brendan tells Joel that Mick is all talk and Joel had him scared. Joel wants to leave Mick to run away but Brendan makes clear that he's not going to do that. Mitzeee wakes up in the shack and picks up the shard of glass. She goes over to Lauren, but puts the shard down. Lauren then wakes up. Lola asks Bart if he'll watch her gig in the evening. Bart goes to find his friends but Lola gives Bart her address. He says that he'll pass it onto Jono but she says that it's up to Bart. Lauren panics when she hears a noise and a guard enters the shack, whom Lauren attacks. They find a pipe. Joel demands that Brendan stops the car. Brendan tells Joel that they're going to finish what's been started, and Joel panics when he realises that his phone is missing. Mick goes through Joel's photos and text messages. He finds a message from Theresa asking for Joel to meet up with her and Mick responds, asking where she is. Theresa replies that she's at a bar called The Anchor.

Cheryl introduces Theresa to Flo. Flo tells Cheryl that she needs to pick ugly friends to stand a chance with a man, which Cheryl is unamused by. Flo tells Cheryl that there's a curse for the women in the Brady family. Mick sneaks into The Anchor and watches Theresa leave with Cheryl and Flo. Jono and Bart tease Neil over his lack of a romantic life. Jono asks where Bart and Lola went. He lies that Lola left and Bart went wandering outside. He gives Jono her address. Dave finds Bart's paper with Lola's address and takes them to Lola's address. Mitzeee and Lauren climb into the sewers. Mick stalks Theresa. Flo has a coughing fit and Mick tries to help her. Mick lies that he's on a stag do and asks if they know where the other people are. He asks for a favour from them to "mess with the lads". Brendan receives a text message from Joel's phone of a photo of Theresa, Mick and Flo. Flo asks Cheryl to stop treading on eggshells regarding her cancer. Theresa receives a message from "Joel", asking to meet at the ghost train. Mick also leaves, but goes with Theresa. Dave warns Bart, Neil and Jono of the dangers of catching an STD through sex and ends up at Lola's flat. Lola isn't too impressed to see that Bart has given Jono the paper with her address but pretends not to be and invites them inside. Dave also invites himself inside with them. Lola asks Jono to play the guitar. Bart and Neil are embarrassed as Jono relucantly tries to play. Bart covers for him and pretends that Jono has an injured finger. Bart says that Jono injured his finger in a motorbike crash and Lola is impressed that he has a motorbike. Bart plays for Lola instead.

Brendan asks where Cheryl is. She tells him that she and Flo are getting drunk in a bar, and Theresa has gone to the ghost train to find Joel. Mitzeee complains about the escape. She explodes at Lauren when Lauren tells her to "get over it". Mitzeee asks for Lauren to finish her off and antagonises her. Lauren puts Mitzeee into a choke-hold and makes Mitzeee admit that she doesn't really want to die. The boys and Lola (aside from Dave) get stoned. Joel and Brendan try to find Theresa. Mick accidentally reveals that he knows her boyfriend is Joel. Theresa gets freaked out by Mick and is horrified when she tries to call Joel and the phone Mick has rings. Mick reveals that he's Joel's step-father and grabs Theresa by the hair, dragging her onto the tracks of the ghost train. Joel and Brendan run after him. Mick leads Joel into a mirror maze and hits Theresa in the face and flees. Mick Cornus takes Theresa through the teacup ride, where Brendan catches up to them. Joel threatens to murder Mick if he doesn't let Theresa go. Mick teases Joel and Theresa punches Mick between the legs before running away. Brendan and Joel grab Mick and begin attacking him to Theresa's horror. Brendan throws Mick against one of the cups and they take Mick away.

Lola starts to flirt with Bart and Bart decides to leave, telling Lola that Jono is a good guy. Lola says that Jono is cute but tries too hard. She tries to convince Bart to stay longer. She takes his phone and runs off. He chases after her. She tries to make him run into a fountain with her, which he eventually does. They start kissing. A man shouts out for Neil, dressed in only underwear. He tells Neil that he was sleepwalking and asks Neil to get him some clothes. He offers Neil free entry to a gig and 500 euros. Mitzeee is horrified to learn that Lauren wants to get to a place six hours away by car. Mitzeee tries to convince Lauren to hand themselves in. Lauren hears a car and tells Mitzeee that she's going to get them a getaway driver, and tells her to take her to Hollyoaks. Lola gets changed in front of Bart, and he does the same. Bart is impressed when Lola tells him that she stole her dad's car and sold it to buy the apartment. Lauren takes off her prison clothing and makes Mitzeee take off hers too. Cheryl asks a man how to get to the Sea Breeze B&B. He tells her it's $40 to get there, and asks Cheryl to get her "mother" out of the cart. Cheryl is offended and tells him that Flo is her grandmother. She asks Nate how old he thinks she is and he guesses 35. She tells him that she's in her 20s. Cheryl refuses to pay the $40 and Flo asks Nate if he'd like hat shoved in his behind. Nate and Cheryl begin arguing and insulting each other and Flo ends up making the horses run off with the cart.

Neil brings back clothes for Lethal Bizzle but he refuses to wear them and instead tells Neil to give him his clothes. Nate gets a call informing him that Flo has paid someone to take her back to the B&B but she doesn't want Cheryl racing back after her. Lola and Bart wake up next to each other. Bart puts on his clothes and Bart panics when Jono turns up. Jono tells Lola that he went to her gig and she wasn't there. Jono politely asks Bart to leave him and Lola. Bart gets a call from Sinead, which he ignores. Mick wakes up to find himself hanging upside down from a lighthouse. Nate gives Cheryl advice on how to look after someone. Cheryl tells Nate that at the moment, she should have a season ticket to the undertakers. Nate offers to walk Cheryl back home, but she wants to sit with him a little longer. Theresa tries to get ahold of Joel but she doesn't pick up. Mick pleads for Joel to pull him back up. Joel tells Mick that he wants him to beg. Mick tries to excuse himself and apologises. Brendan tells Joel to enjoy his moment. Mick offers to leave Joel alone forever, whilst Brendan offers to drop the rope.

A police officer narrowly misses Lauren and Mitzeee. They spot Mercedes, with Riley following her out with Bobby. Neil reveals to Dave that Lethal Bizzle bought his clothes. Brendan enjoys teasing Mick. Joel tells Mick that he doesn't think Mick will ever change, but Mick protests that he will. They decide to scare Mick by dropping most of the rope, but pull him back up. Joel and Brendan laugh when Joel sees that Mick has wet himself. Brendan threatens Mick and spits in his face. Mick tries to attack Brendan and Joel tries to stop him, causing Mick to fall from the lighthouse and plummet down to the ground below. Joel is horrified as blood pours from Mick's head.
