The Snorrason Ascension

The target is Cilas Netzke, the KGB Officer leading the operation to extract Jasper Knight from the US. Netzke's route starts at the radio room, then goes from Jasper Knight's office along the first floor of the airfield, to the open offices on the first floor. He will also go onto the first floor roof.

To acquire a Soviet Soldier disguise, the easiest method is to hop the fence on the rifght, hop another fence to the right of the building, then activate a generator to lure one to a quiet area. You can also (in HITMAN 2 and HITMAN III) skip the distraction and hide him in the nearby bushes.

The best place to kill him is when he heads periodically into Knight's bathroom, where you can eliminate him with your silenced pistol in your inventory by default. No-one enters the bathroom so you can eliminate him with no witnesses. A quicker but harder method is to climb up the pipe near to the soldier you got the disguise from and vault straight into the radio room, where you can kill him and hide him in a locker before he leaves, although be wary of a patrolling soldier outside.

Once he's down, his disguise is very handy for a smooth exfiltration, as there are no enforcers to the KGB Officer disguise.

The new objective requires you to break into a safe in Knight's office, located behind his desk, and steal the vodka bottle it's storing. You can find a crowbar, or use the key which is in the radio room, again being mindful of the patrolling soldier outside, who is an enforcer. Open the safe and take its contents - making sure that if you are using a crowbar, not to do it in front of or in close proximity of anyone (the noise can also alert NPCs).

The new target is Moses Butusov, the soldier accompanying Jasper Knight at all times. A Mechanic disguise can be obtained from the locker room. Whilst Knight's route is short, he spends most of his time in his private office alone with Butusov; creating an audio distraction by throwing something in the adjacent bathroom will make Knight send Butusov in to check, which is the prime opportunity to kill and hide his body in the empty box, or to simply eject him from the building for an accident kill. However, be aware that Netzke sometimes goes in there himself, but this rarely occurs.

The new complication shouldn't be much trouble if only the targets are killed, whether in the safe room or the private bathroom, as both rooms have convenient hiding spots.

The new complication presents a problem to eliminating Cilas Netzke. There are no Soviet Soldier disguises lying around the map and we cannot pacify anyone, so the only way to obtain that disguise is to kill one. The only way to do this while still preserving our Silent Assassin rating is to kill the other target, Butusov, first, then taking his clothes and killing Netzke. Thus, you have to sneak into the locker room in your suit and disguise yourself as a Mechanic first, then execute the rest of the contract.
