Diana Burnwood (VO): "Good afternoon, 47. Your targets are four members of a cult, specifically, the leader, Oybek Nabazov, and three of his so called, cult brothers, Akram, Akmal and Ansar.

Alarmingly, the target appears to be a serial cult leader, connected to at least seven atrocities over the past thirty years. All of your targets are in Bangkok, where they are holding an art exhibition entitled, Liberation. Billed as an examination of life, death and rebirth, as told through the lens of art, culture and tragedy. The client indicates that this is likely to be cover for an imminent cult operation in Thailand, so you must engage and eliminate your targets as soon as possible. The exhibition is a darling of the global art scene, so expect a high level of collateral presence. We wouldn't want this to be easy, of course. The clock is ticking, 47. Good Luck."

7	Starting Location	Undercover at the Himmapan Bar	47 has infiltrated the Himmapan Hotel staff and begins the mission as a bartender at the waterfront bar.
8	Agency Pickup	Ground Floor Restaurant Restroom	The ICA can hide a small item inside the toilet cistern in one of the restrooms in the hotel restaurant.
9	Starting Location	Undercover in the Restaurant Kitchen	47 has infiltrated the Himmapan restaurant and begins the mission disguised as a chef.
10	Weapon	Enram HV	A modern bullpup shotgun. Agile and effective at short ranges. Fast rate of fire, and tight spread. (Suppressor)
10	Gear	ICA Explosive Phone	An explosive device designed by the ICA to resemble a generic smartphone. Place visibly to cause the target to pick it up. Call the phone to trigger device. Device explodes when answered.
11	Agency Pickup	1st Floor South Wing Balcony	The ICA can smuggle a small item inside a planter on the mezzanine office balcony in the southern wing of the hotel.

18	Agency Pickup	Recording Studio	The ICA has placed a large secure case among the items delivered to Jordan Cross' recording studio.
19	Starting Location	Undercover in the 2nd Floor Hallway	47 has infiltrated the recording crew and begins the mission on the second floor.
20	Weapon	Krugermeier 2-2	A low velocity, small caliber pistol. Originally designed for special-forces use and to make as little noise as possible. Ineffective at medium-to-long ranges. (Suppressor/Subsonic)

Trivia[]

This Elusive Target, along with The Author, The Conditioner and Patient Zero were repurposed for the Patient Zero campaign due to loss of funding from Square Enix.
Out of the repurposed Elusive Targets, The Doomsayer was the one to suffer the least changes when adapted to fit Patient Zero.
