Vampirella Vol 1 40

On Halloween, Death dons a costume likeness of a little boy in order to meet up with a would-be murderer who fails at his intention. While attempting to strike a woman, the assailant slips and falls out a window, landing on his own knife. He asks the boy for help, but Death removes his disguise and tells him that he's been waiting for him all day.
