Synopsis for "Bury the Ledes"
Betty drags Peter to a psychic, as she can't figure out how her long-dead husband Ned Leeds could have left her a voicemail. Peter knows it was a clone of him, but he can't tell her. Meanwhile, he realizes that someone is following the young Brant. The two later think there may be a scoop at ESU and Robbie sets them up to investigate and while doing so Betty is kidnapped by the Enforcers. Spider-Man saves her, but the criminals escape with another hostage. Spider-Man begins to investigate with Betty, but is attacked by the Kingpin's henchmen, while a mysterious man takes Betty to an underground entrance where the two are met and captured by Enforcers working for a bomber. Spider-Man saves them and the bombing is foiled, but no one notices that Ned Leeds is still alive.
