Flashy Flash is a supporting character of the anime, manga and web comic series One Punch-Man. He is a S-Class hero Rank 13 of the Hero Association.
He is voiced by Kohsuke Toriumi in the Japanese sub of the anime and by Lex Lang in the English dub.
Appearance[]
A 25 years old man, Flashy Flash has a slender and slim body with average height and a bisexual appearance. He has long blond hair, blond eyebrows and blue sharp eyes, stars on both sides of his head and a cape, giving him the effect that his hairs and cape are glowing. He wears armor a long white cape with a chain warped around his cape giving him the effect that his hairs and cape are glowing.
Personality[]
Like most heroes, he acts arrogant and view lower ranked heroes as weaklings as he tells them to let him take care of the Mysterious Beings. He sometimes acts careless and without thinking when he attacked the Demon-level monster, Hundred-Eyes Octopus which caused him to make more damage than before and even attacked Saitama despite knowing that he is a hero. He shows no fear against Tatsumaki despite her being the second highest ranked hero of the S-Class, as he was annoyed that Tatsumaki stole his kill of the Hundred-Eyes Octopus. He is very confident and proud on his abilities, especially his speed as a hero who is well known for this ability. After having met Saitama, Blast, Garou and Platinum Sperm, he realized that his speed isn't as great as he thought as they were shown to be faster than him.
