The Seafood Challenge is one of the most recurring challenges of Hell's Kitchen.
Overview[]
In some cases, Ramsay would ask the chefs to create seafood dishes where it was from a single seafood item or a collective group under a particular theme. The chefs were then judged on the creativity on their seafood dishes. If Ramsay likes it, he gives that chef a point. The team with the most points at the end wins. If done individually, the chef with the best seafood dish wins.
The purpose of the challenge is to test the chef's creativity in seafood dishes, whether it was fish or crustaceans.
