  • According to Vivienne Medrano, Alex does a very unique voice for Sir Pentious, leading some of the team to not know it was him at first.[4]
  • The "Stick it to the man" line on Adam's notes is a reference to the song of the same name from the musical, School of Rock, of which Alex Brightman, Adam's voice actor, originated the role of Dewey Finn.
  • Brightman explained that he became part of Helluva Boss after becoming friends with Vivziepop, and because she came to see Beetlejuice and loved the voice, she asked if he could do his Beetlejuice voice in Helluva Boss.[5]
  • According to Brightman, he was already part of Helluva Boss when Vivziepop asked if he would like to be part of Hazbin Hotel as well, and he auditioned for almost every character but it came down to Adam and Sir Pentious, for which he was asked to play both.[5]
    • In a later video, he explained that he checked his audition clips and found he had eight or nine MP3 files for the characters he auditioned for, including Alastor and Vox.[6]
