The Set Effect or Item Set Effect occurs when certain Items and equipments are used in conjunction with one another. They will provide a bonus and a special abilities.

Item Set Effect of the Knights[]
The Knights Templar Set Effect also known as The Set Effect of the Knights Templars Equipment Items or The Set Item Effect of Honor (기사단템 세트효과, gisadantem seteuhyogwa) occurs when The Golden Armour set is equipped and the user is an All-Stat.[1]
The special abilities granted has not been revealed yet. The only user to activate this Bonus effect was Hardcore Leveling Warrior when he was the #1 Ranker.[1][2]
The Set Includes:
- The Sword of Knights - The 7 Truths
- Golden Plate Suit of Fire Dragon
- Golden Plate Boots of Fire Dragon
- Golden Plate Gauntlets of Fire Dragon
- The Jeweled Belt Of The Third King
- The Memory of Cintamani
Even without being at the max level, HCLW believed he could take on The Five Thorns alone with all items in the set equipped.[3]
The 3-Piece Effect of The Golden Equipment[]
It was later revealed that equipping The Sword of Knights - The 7 Truths, Golden Plate Boots of Fire Dragon and Golden Plate Gauntlets of Fire Dragon also gives a bonus effect that has not been revealed. Scallion Head believed having the 3 items would make him stronger than Sad Smile.[4]
One of the effects of equipping the 3 items is the ability to read an enemy's level. Hardcore Leveling Warrior could read Kyo's Level with all 3 items equipped at the same time.[3]
The Dagger of Devil's Horn - Laze/ The 38th Sword Set Effect[]
The 38th Sword made by the Master Blacksmith and The Dagger of Devil's Horn have an unknown set effect when equipped together.[5][6] Both items were made of Devil's Horn.
According to Sad Smile, pairing the items together would give him enough power to face Giga.[5]
