Belal Fadl (Arabic) (An haife shi a shekara ta 1974) marubucin fim ne na Masar, ɗan jarida kuma marubucin jarida. An haife shi kuma ya girma a birnin Alkahira, Misira. Fadl yana da tushe daga Alexandria.[1] Fadl ya kammala karatu daga Jami'ar Alkahira da sakamako mafi daraja (First Class) a fannin Masa Communication. Ya fara aikinsa a matsayin ɗan jarida a Rose al-Yūsuf sannan, wanda ya kafa kuma sakataren Al-Dustour, sannan ya shiga Al-Masry Al-Youm don rubuta shafi na Istbaha kasancewar yana ɗaya daga cikin mahimman marubuta a Misira.
