The Scrapyard Challenge is a side mission in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The location of this mission is the Harwood Autocrusher and Junkyard. To start, the player needs to get on the Sanchez next to the gray building. Once the challenge is started, the goal is to get more than 20 points collecting coronas dotted around the track in under two minutes. The highest possible score is 40 points, which is achieved by collecting every corona in the mission. However, the coronas appear in different colors, each with varying numbers of points and degrees of difficulty to reach them. They include:

• Green coronas are the easiest to collect as they are only worth 1 point.
• Amber coronas are a little harder to collect and are worth 2 points.
• Red coronas are the hardest to collect and are worth 3 points.

Reward[]

Once more than 20 points are accumulated, the car crusher gives the player four times more money for vehicles than they would normally get. Collecting more than 30 points will give eight times more money for vehicles. However, the multiple money reward will be reset to normally money everytime the player resets the game. If the player wants it, they have to pass the mission again. This challenge is also required for 100% Completion.
