Micah Amundsen

Micah (formerly Mariah) Amundsen was the voice of and inspiration for Mariah, who appeared on Gravity Falls in the episode "Soos and the Real Girl," via the Make a Wish Foundation.

In the fall of 2013, Micah Amundsen and Nicolas Isler, another child from the Make a Wish Foundation, toured the offices and hung out with the staff of Gravity Falls.

The two got to look behind the scenes and also got a preview of new episodes. In addition to voicing a character based off of themselves, Micah pitched ideas for the shows to the writers.^[1]

Micah now holds an online fundraiser for the Make a Wish Foundation every year in March.^[2]
