Tony Smeed is an animator at Walt Disney Animation Studios. He has (supervising) animated numerous popular Disney characters, such as Vanellope Von Schweetz from Wreck-It Ralph and Rapunzel from Tangled. He was the supervising animator for the character Elsa in Disney's Frozen.
