Osmoga (アスピガ, Asupiga?, lit. Aspiga) is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series.

Osmoga is the upgraded version of Osmose, which allows the user to drain even more MP from one target. It costs no MP to use and is a Rank 6 magic materia. It can be obtained as the reward for completing mission 3-3-3-, stolen from G Baldor, or found during missions 9-1-5, 9-5-4, and 9-6-1.
