Jacoby Dakota Shaddix (s. 28. heinäkuuta 1976 Mariposa, Kalifornia, Yhdysvallat) on yhdysvaltalainen laulaja sekä rock-yhtye Papa Roachin nokkamies. Hän on käyttänyt salanimiä Jonny Vodka ja Coby Dick, joista jälkimmäistä hän käytti albumin Infest aikoihin. Shaddixin muita yhtyeitä ovat The Alternative Metal/Post-Hardcore ja Fight the Sky. Hänellä on vaimonsa Kellyn kanssa kolme poikaa (Mikale Cielo 24.3.2002, Jagger 13.9.2004 ja Brixton 17.9.2013). Shaddix juonsi ohjelmaa Scarred MTV:ssä[1].
