Vokkskar is a anti-matter being that is celebrated as a religous figure in the That One Series With a Long and Uninteresting Name That I Do Not Wish to Remember reboot by a few of the people in Underground (2014). He, along with Spira, The Fan, The Enemy, White Goddess, Black God are the many religious figures mentioned in the game.
Description[]
Vokkskar is a antimatter being, with his body having sort of an inverted look to it. He has four dot eyes and a mouth that consists of diamonds that spread across his face when he talks or expresses emotions. His head is above his body, and on top of his head is a floating cube that has a cubical hole in each of the sides.
His torso is geometrical, and he has two wings protruding from the back. He has two arms that are connected to spheres attached to his torso. On each hand is three fingers. The bottom of his torso releases a smoke ring and a strange circle-like object with a circle in the center floats below him.

Underground (2014)[]
Vokkskar is mentioned by some of the NPCs in the game, and can be found on various paintings and murals in the game. He is never directly seen.
Tragedy (2015)[]
When Unten has his dream in the beginning of the game, he meets Vokkskar while floating through space. The two do not interact directly, although Unten looks at Vokkskar and Vokkskar appears to say something but he is mute.

Powers and Abilities[]
Vokkskar is known as the comet god and his abilities revolve around the creation and pathing of comets he creates. These comets are powerful and compact in construction and can do various things upon impact. The key thing about these comets is that they are linked to great change. One comet destroyed a great civilization and turned the planet into a sun, while other comets have had less devastating effects but still have introduced great change. A comet that landed on Zeon a million years ago gifted some of the inhabitants that would later live there with elemental powers. A comet that landed on Earth 400,000 years ago was not only able to give rise to the various races of Pokemon on the planet but was also filled with Ripplite, a powerful chemical compound metal that had magical effects.
Vokkskar was also able to give life to the Comet Champions Bozork, Cass Lyst, and Fizza. They later turned away from his intentions and wanted to live life on their own, showing that he has little control over the things he controls, much like most deities. While Vokkskar is powerful, he is not consciously tied to his actions- if he feels like he needs to create a comet and enact change, his body does it of it's own volition.
One interesting thing to note about Vokkskar's comets is that they are diamond shaped and have a domino theming- small dots litter one side of the comet. They also come in different colors- the two seen so far have been blue and red.
