MySims 2 is the sequel to the original MySims. MySims 2 will be released on the PlayStation 4, PS Vita, Xbox One, Windows, Mac, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo NX in 2017 (The 10th anniversary of the original release of MySims for Wii and DS).
Announcement[]
The game was announced in a Nintendo Direct. However, only the 3DS, Wii U and NX were confirmed. A week later, EA and Maxis announced that MySims 2 will be releaed on PS4, PS Vita, Xbox One and the PC master race.
Gameplay[]
MySims 2 sees a return of the traditional MySims gameplay mechanics last seen in MySims: Kingdom. MySims 2 also adds new features including the whims, traits and aspirations from The Sims 4, skills from all mainstream The Sims games, the ablity to make a family and more to be announced. MySims 2 has the ablity to connect with other players via Nintendo Network, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live.
Plot[]

10 years after the events of MySims: Kingdom, Sims were looking for ways to remodel town including a kingdom theme, a space theme, a beach theme, etc. That is until the player moves back to town from the kingdom.
Reception[]
Shortly after the announcement, MySims 2 was met with critical acclaim. IGN rated MySims 2 a perfect 10 for redifining the formula for MySims and some IGN staff members are looking foward to seeing it in E3 2016.
Trivia[]
- This is the first MySims game to come out on every system listed expect Windows due to the fact that the Wii verson of MySims was rereleased on Windows with more features.
