Shadow Form

Shadow Form is an unnamed Shadow Magic, Shadow Dragon Slayer Magic, Iron Shadow Dragon Mode, White Shadow Dragon Mode and Sky Shadow Dragon Mode Spell.

Description[]

The user either transforms their body into a shadow at will, or enters their own shadow which grants them the ability to move swiftly around any surfaces, dodging efficiently and making surprise attacks, turning their body into a shadow that cannot be touched by normal means. However, if the user is caught while in a tangible form, or by another person in a shadow form, they are then vulnerable to attack.^[1][2][3] This form is also ineffective against powerful light-based attacks, effectively cancelling the user's shadow abilities.^[4]

While in shadow form, the user's senses are heightened to a large degree, and are still able to see as if they were above ground. This is done by entering their own shadow by "feeling" the gravity to the point where their legs feel as one with the ground, thus allowing them to sink. Gravity Magic and its variants can be used as an alternatives to novice users attempting to enter their shadow for the first time. While inside their shadow, the user appears floating in a seemingly black void.^[5] This form also allows the user to be proficient at swimming underwater, still able to move at any distance rapid and swiftly.^[6]
