SPINK1

بازدارندهٔ تریپسین ترشحی لوزالمعده (انگلیسی: Pancreatic secretory trypsin inhibitor) با نام اختصاری «PSTI» که با نام بازدارندهٔ سرین پروتئاز شبه کازال ۱ (SPINK1) و بازدارندهٔ تریپسین مرتبط با تومور (TATI) هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SPINK1» بر روی بازوی بلند کروموزوم ۵ کُدگذاری میشود.[۴]
اهمیت بالینی
[ویرایش]جهش در این ژن موجب بروز پانکراتیت ارثی و پانکراتیت استوایی میشود. در واقع اگر این پروتئین کارش را بهدرستی انجام ندهد، لوزالمعده در معرض آسیبهای مکرر بافتی است.[۵] این پروتئین همچنین با بروز سرطان پروستات در ارتباط است.[۶]
