Leave everything as it is, just fill the spaces with colors and the image. If the image is from this wiki, just place the name correctly (Example.png), if is an external image copy and paste the whole URL. At the bottom of the page, add:

Now, after closer examination, I KINDA see what you mean, but they work correctly in articles... I dont really dont know what's the problem, but Soxxeh says he'll look into it. Until then, it might be better to leave those images alone~

Basically, you start with something like this (wherever there's ***, you can replace it with a color):

As for RE-Take.. I must admit that it's a widely known (I think ?) doujinshi amongst the Evangelion community. I read it thinking it was some random fanfic but I actually liked it.

I'm not sure about making a page for it, though.

BUT, I think making a page in your user area (let's call it that way, I don't have any other name for it XD) could be a good thing. There are things like this on the Gundam Wikia for doujinshi like Mobile Animal Gundam Beast.

That or we can expand the Wikia to doujinshi, atleast the most well-known ones.

Ah, RE-TAKE, i think i'm the only Eva fan who hasn't read it. Anyways, it is a doujinshi so, in my opinion, it should not be covered here, we're only concerned about official material and this would only add another canon to our already multiple universes. But the suggestion HPZ gave looks interesting, you can make an article in your user space if you want. And no, i don't think you're a perv, there's a RE-TAKE version that removes the adult material after all...
