Cream from milk is grädde. Kräm is a viscous cream, like solkräm (sun cream) or hudkräm (skin cream), and also includes other substances (usually either practical or edible) with a similar consistency, like for example tandkräm (toothpaste), skokräm (shoe polish), and fruktkräm (kisel).
