- (law) In many civil law jurisdictions, a specialized court separate from the ordinary court system in charge of reviewing decisions made by public authorities under administrative law.
Usage notes
[edit]There is also an administrative court under the King's Bench Division in the England and Wales High Court, but it is not separate from the ordinary court system.
