Spartacus Schoolnet

[edit]

I am trying to understand part of this decision. Do I gather that the ArbCom has decided that spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk is an unacceptable source for Wikipedia articles (as against simply having been ill-used by one contributor, or having a problem in some particular article)? I imagine we have several thousand citations from that source. Are we now supposed to consider those all invalid? If so, can someone expand on why exactly the source is considered unacceptable? On topics where I have expertise (mostly dealing with the Spanish-speaking world, also with the French Revolution), I've found it to be pretty consistently on the mark. - Jmabel | Talk 08:44, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
