I cannot find evidence that this is a notable ambulance/rescue service. Coverage simply indicates it exists. StarM 23:43, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

- Keep a quick search found some sources. I added a couple as EXT. There's more out there. As to whether this meets WP:NCORP I don't know, but finding more with "Suffolk Accident Rescue Service" may be more fruitful than with "SARS". Ping User:Star Mississippi, curious if you missed these per WP:BEFORE, or discounted those out there as local press / PR / primary or something? Widefox; talk 22:48, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
- Comment there's also Norfolk Accident Rescue Service (NARS) (from the WP:OTHERSTUFF exists pile, but useful for context here). Widefox; talk 22:57, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
- Reply to @Widefox: I saw it, but didn't see anything that established notability of the service. It has local news coverage, every ambulance service does, but I don't think it meets N:CORP, especially the one about the new vehicle. Seems standard news blotter IMO. There's Norfolk, but there was Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/BASICS_Essex_Accident_Rescue_Service so I'm not sure whether there's consensus that these ambulance services are notable. Guess that's a larger question. It's not a subject matter I find of particular interest so probably won't explore it beyond this AfD, however it closes. This just turned up in a backlog or maintenance category and the AfD referenced in its history when I was checking for prior PROD/AfD. StarM 02:21, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
- There's a few sources for BASICS Essex Accident Rescue Service. I've redirected to British Association for Immediate Care (BASICS). All these orgs are listed there, and it shouldn't be deleted, just redirected, so this AfD is moot - it should be a merge discussion. I thought per guideline/policy if not notable they should redirect to the parent topic? (I personally find these articles WP:USEFUL.) Widefox; talk 14:55, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
- Agree @Widefox: that a redirect to British_Association_for_Immediate_Care#The_Role_of_Affiliated_BASICS_Schemes would make sense. I'm not sure whether the content is notable enough to be merged, or if it should just be re-directed. StarM 18:10, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
