This article seems to be more of a trivia article and of low quality and length. I am unaware of any similar articles for other UK legislatures, and I would propose that any content worth keeping be moved to the main Senedd article. Elshad (talk) 14:34, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
- Weak delete. I don't think a valid reason has been given for deletion—"I am unaware of any similar articles" is definitely not a valid argument—but equally I don't see any particular reason why we need a stand-alone article on the topic. The Welsh Assembly (as it then was) was once unique among the four UK legislatures in that it used to have its own TV channel whereas the legislatures at Westminster, Edinburgh and Belfast were all covered by BBC Parliament, but that experiment ended a decade ago (and is already well-covered at the existing article on their now-defunct channel). While it probably is theoretically a notable topic in Wikipedia's terms, it isn't serving any useful purpose to have a standalone page just to say "When it comes to broadcasting, the Senedd now has exactly the same arrangements as everyone else". ‑ Iridescent 14:52, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
- Weak delete after merge as article is rather short but comprehensive (I find it unlikely any further encyclopedic content could be added). I suggest that the content of Senedd on television#In popular culture be moved to a section of Senedd building (rather than the main article, Senedd Cymru - Welsh Parliament). Parts of the lede might also be moved to the main article though. Llew Mawr (talk) 15:00, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
- Weak keep but rename as Senedd in popular culture. There's enough scope and content for a standalone article about its portrayal in fictional dramas. But the Senedd features on television very regularly (every day during Coronavirus lockdown) in its role as home of the Welsh Parliament, so the article's current title is too broad. - Merge with Senedd Cymru seems like the most sensible suggestion since this article is fairly short and the information could be included there. This is Paul (talk) 10:31, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
- Merge with Senedd Cymru. No need to have its own article at the moment. It could be split out in the future if it were to grow. Stifle (talk) 11:03, 23 June 2020 (UTC)
