Footballer who fails GNG and NFOOTY. No caps for NT or in any fully-pro league. Trivial coverage. BlameRuiner (talk) 07:05, 17 May 2020 (UTC)
- Keep I know Reasat did not play in a fully-professional league (per WP:FPL), but he also gained national media attention as an athlete by playing as a first-ever Bangladeshi in a top tier European league. Lauren Hill is a bigger example I know, but Reasat is kind of similar to us. Thanks. Saiful Islam Jitu

- Weak Keep Fails WP:NFOOTY but seems to have a reasonable claim to significance, backed up by a fair amount of coverage. A little bit WP:ONEEVENT-y but a bit of coverage from being a semi-pro footballer as well as coverage from being the first Bangladeshi to play in a top European league narrowly pushes him over. Passes WP:GNG. AlessandroTiandelli333 (talk) 17:22, 17 May 2020 (UTC)

- Keep- I think the player has enough media coverage & also played in a European top league. So, the article should kept. Passes WP:GNG. Diptadg17 (talk) 14:35, 18 May 2020 (UTC)

- Delete - fails WP:FOOTY, and I don't know if he passes the notability test for English wiki.--Ortizesp (talk) 00:22, 23 May 2020 (UTC)

Keep- Being the first footballer from a country that has a population of more than 150 million like Bangladesh in European top division is in my mind notable. In the WP:GNG it’s written that a biography is notable if the person has a historical record in a specific field (which he has as already mentioned). Thanks. Saiful Islam Jitu

- Keep - this seems to be a very in-depth piece on him here. Another slightly shorter one here. The BD Observer reference in the article is good too. Lots of other briefer coverage. Meets GNG. Nfitz (talk) 01:37, 27 May 2020 (UTC)
