- Hardy Memorial Tower (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) (delete) – (View log)
Contested prod. Lacks significant coverage in 3rd party sources. All but 1 reference is a primary source (published by the university). RadioFan (talk) 18:37, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I disagree. There are no copyright violations nor any nonsense or gibberish, and all of the content has been attributed to reliable sources, some of which is university based, but most of which is not. I find it to be suitable for an encyclopedia article. Streltzer (talk) 19:48, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. Hardy Memorial Tower is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing property to the San Diego State College Historic District; see this reference. Being listed on the National Register should be more than enough for notability in Wikipedia. In addition, the preservation awards for preserving the murals should count as secondary coverage. --Elkman (Elkspeak) 21:00, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Withdrawn we have a well referenced, notable article now. Thanks for establishing the notability of this topic. A National Register of Historic Places listed building is certainly notable.--RadioFan (talk) 22:09, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Good job to Elkman for discovering the National Register reference, and for RadioFan keeping us all legitimate. :-) Streltzer (talk) 02:16, 31 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
