Otto Silver is an expatriate living and working in South Korea

He started creating and editing Wikipedia pages hoping to expand the English language information Korea's lower leagues. He created pages for Icheon Citizens, Hwaseong FC and FC Uijeongbu, but didn't do much in terms of upkeep after creating the clubs.

Almost a decade later, he returned to help a small group of Korean football followers to flesh out as many of the team pages as they are able to.

As of 2025 I'm working on improving my Wiki editing skills and have taken on updating the English page for Seoul Nowon United FC

He keeps an eye on and have made minor editing changes to the HL Anyang page.
