I like to proofread, so the articles I end up editing can cover all manner of topics. I tend to focus on 'text tidy ups', whether that be adding missing links, reducing overlinking, correcting typos and helping to improve general grammar.
Might have also amended the date format to Day-Month-Year in various articles I come across where the topic is not US-focused - the rest of the world really don't use M-D-Y ;)
