Besides small sections of the film with no audio attached, the O'Keefe performance of "Shout" was thought to be the only surviving piece of the films footage until recently.
This is not entirely true. O'Keefe's performances of Just A Closer Walk With Thee, Shout and What'd I Say existed at least as late as 1966. These were used in the Brian Henderson's Bandstand special 'Johnny O'Keefe - Entertainer' that year, along with extremely rare clips from Six O'Clock Rock from Johnny's own personal collection, which sadly haven't seen the light of day since.
