Cass Township is one of seventeen townships in Boone County, Iowa, United States. As of the 2000 census, its population was 668.
History
[edit]Cass Township was established in 1858. It is named for Lewis Cass.[3]
Geography
[edit]Cass Township covers an area of 18.36 square miles (47.6 km2) and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Liberty and State Hospital.
