Brendan Penny
Brendan Penny (born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) is a Leo Award-nominated Canadian film and television actor, best known for starring as A.J. Varland in the first season of Whistler. He is also currently starring the new series The Assistants as Danny Newell. He debuted his acting career in 2003.
Career
He first in appeared in 2003 in a guest role in the television series. He then began to land various roles in television series such as Kyle XY, Supernatural. He then landed his first lead role in the Canadian television series Whistler. He then also appeared in films, a recurring role in Stargate: Atlantis as Todd the Wrath. He also starred in the 2005 short film 'LTD.'. His roles include shows such as Diamonds, Smallville, Blade: The Series, and The L Word. Penny is currently starring in the 2009 The N series The Assistants. Penny also had a role as Sean, one of Kevin's army buddies in the 2009 film I Love You, Beth Cooper. Penny has had various roles in Canadian shows and American shows too.
