A good question. I don't know. An earlier version of the same map spells it Urmomium, which is an equal mystery. The location on the map suggests Capitolias but that article doesn't mention a connection to "Urmomium"?

It has already been removed from Edom and the History of Palestine. Elsewhere it's still in use, but just.
