Thulgeg was an Orsimer warlord who led the Orcs and Goblins of Hammerfell on a mass emigration to High Rock in 1E 874 after being pushed out of the province by the Redguards. After being denied entry into High Rock through the Bangkorai Pass, Thuleg led his horde to the northeast through the Dragontail Mountains until they reached the Wrothgarian Mountains. The area they arrived would later be the founding place of the city Orsinium,[1] which was established by the Orc chieftan Torug gro-Igron.[2]
