The Vile Lair (DLC5) is the sixth official plug-in for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion released by Bethesda Softworks. It was released on July 13th, 2006. It requires the v1.1.511 patch to work.

  • The Font of Renewal, where a Hero may purge themselves of Vampirism
  • The Shrine of Sithis where the infamous Hero may heal and be cured of disease
  • A Dark Minion, whom the Hero may employ to find gold in a most unseemly manner
  • A 'cattle pen' for vampires to dine
  • An indoor garden of poisonous plants, including the notorious Chokeberry to feed to your enemy
  • Various furnishing upgrades, including a study room and storage area.

Deepscorn Dining Area 1750 Gold Puts an area to eat furnished with silverware and food.
Deepscorn Garden Receipt 1750 Gold Adds a small garden to the lair with various plants including the deadly chokeberry.
Deepscorn Storage Area 1750 Gold Adds many barrels and crates to store items.
Deepscorn Study Area 1750 Gold Adds a bookcase and table to read and relax.
Ichor of Sithis 3000 Gold Fills a bowl near statue of Sithis allowing prayer to be said to the Dread Father Sithis. {Only works with infamous characters}.
