The Elder Scrolls[]
- General/Skyrim
- New Elder Scrolls Game Launches Crowdfunding Campaign (4/1) – We may soon be getting a new TES board game called The Elder Scrolls: Betrayal of the Second Era, a "campaign-style strategy game" based on The Elder Scrolls Online! The game apparently costs $190, or $230 with a planned expansion.
- Meet Angela Browder, Studio Director at Bethesda Game Studios (3/27) – An interview with Angela Browder, who has been working at Bethesda for almost 18 years. Beginning her career at the company in QA, she took on the role of Art Producer for Oblivion and became the Studio Director in 2020.
- Monthly Modder: MysticMadman (3/27) – An interview with MysticMadman, a prominent modder in the TES community since Oblivion.
- Skyrim Special Edition & Fallout 4 – April Featured Mods (3/31) – An interesting array of new community-developed mods that Bethesda wanted to highlight for your enjoyment. The Skyrim mods this month are "Madness Market" for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation; "Hat Trick - Home in a Hat" for PC and Xbox, "The Facebreaker," "Dovahbear Companion," "Sugar Atronach," "Xelzaz April Fools Patch," and "Tumbling Tumbrilspree" for Xbox; and "Food Fight" and "Skyrim Crazy Golf!" for PlayStation.
- The link in the blog for "Skyrim Crazy Golf!" actually goes to an older mod called "Mirage Island [Player House]." I don't know if "Skyrim Crazy Golf!" is a real thing, but if not, someone can definitely make it real!
- Online
- Scribes of Fate & Update 37 Now Live on All Platforms (3/28) – The long-awaited Scribes of Fate DLC and the correspodning free Update 37 are available to players of The Elder Scrolls Online now! Boot up your machines and jump right in!
- Unleash the Fury of the Reach with the New Ragebound Crown Crates (3/29) – New items and collectibles in the Crown Store with a Redguard flair.
- Crown Store Showcase—April 2023 (3/30) – Even more new things to check out in the Crown Store! Showcase items include ESO Plus deals, Crown Gem and Seal of Endeavor items, skins, crafting motifs, outfit styles, arms packs, costumes, crown crates, event tickets, furniture, houses, houseguests, mounts, and pets.
- Gorge on Cake, Enjoy Bonus XP, and Earn Special Rewards During ESO's Anniversary Jubilee! (3/30) – A celebration of the game's upcoming anniversary on April 6 will feature XP boosts, a free event quest called "Ache For Cake," and special event gifts and tickets.
- Do You Know How Long this New Companion has Been Looking for You? (4/1) – "I've been looking for you. Got something I'm supposed to deliver - your hands only." Wait, wrong game. Fan favorite Stuga is on her way to becoming a travel companion! Incapable of dismissal, ZeniMax has done plenty of foolery behind the scenes to make sure her very important letter gets delivered. :)
