Suspicious Silence is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online. Covenant troops are massing to the north of Fort Arand. They don't have the numbers for a frontal assault, but Captain Hjolm believes they may be coordinating an attack with a second flank. The Vestige agreed to obtain the Covenant's orders from their camp to the north of Fort Arand.

Walkthrough[]
Head east. Talk to Hjolm. Gather 3 orders from the nearby camp. Return to find Hjolm dead on the Fort's doorstep. Talk to Sergeant Eila. Report to the Llaari who can be found in the large keep's main entrance hall.
