Sir Valcent Tailies is a Breton member of the Daggerfall Covenant. He led a squad of soldiers into the crypt at Bonestrewn Crest.
Once inside, he turned on them and revealed himself to be a necromancer. He then proceeded to slay most of them and raise them as undead, as well as the draugr buried inside.
