The Nerevarine delivered some of these potions to Sinyaramen at the Gateway Inn to coax him into revealing information about the fate of a Clan Aundae member.
Acquisition[]
This potion is received from Tusamircil at the Sadrith Mora Mages Guild during the "Blood Ties" quest. As long as the Nerevarine wears the Aundae Signet Ring (received from Dhaunayne Aundae) Tusamircil will continue to offer the potion, even after the quest has been completed.
