Acquisition[]
The Shimmerene Peddler can be obtained by purchasing the Brynjolf's Heist deck, or by soul summoning the card for 400 soul gems.
Strategy[]
The Shimmerene Peddler should be used early in the game so that it has enough time to activate its main ability. If the Shimmerene Peddler is on the field, low magicka cost actions should be used to gain the upper hand.
