Reinhold's Retreat is a location that appears in The Elder Scrolls Online. It is a Nedic ruin hidden beneath the city of Belkarth. In ancient times, this ruin was rumored to contain wealth and Treasures. Emperor Tarish-Zi eventually found the ruins, but was disappointed by their contents and had them sealed off.[1]
Later, in the Second Era, the Celestial Thief used this place to hide her Apex Stone while she sought allies in her fight against the Serpent. [2]

The Scaled Court have found the Thief's Apex Stone in Reinhold's Retreat. The Vestige, Titus Valerius and Kelmen Locke must head in there and stop them before it is too late.
