Northwatch Mages are Altmer members of the Thalmor in Northwatch Keep.
Physical appearance[]
Northwatch Mages wear hooded Thalmor robes and carry a leveled dagger with them.
Combat[]
They have a multitude of spells (typically shock-based) depending on the Dragonborn's current level, and will switch to their daggers when an enemy gets too close.
